My family has been doing business with the stylists at Super Shears for many years. We've developed a rapport with Holly Haire, who has never failed to give us the exact haircut we asked for. She is quite engaging and knowledgeable, also. Always a great experience at Super Shears!

I've used this shop and multiple stylist there for over 8 years.
Highly recommend them. They do what you ask and not what they want. My own sister has worked with many of these stylist and I won't let her cut my hair because she always cuts it the way she wants it and not the way I want it.

First of all, I said something about having to go back out for more money bc I thought it was less. I came back in and the woman started to get ready to cut. I asked about shampoo and she said that I was already struggling to pay so she didn't ask bc it cost more. I was not struggling to pay. She "assumed" I didn't have two more dollars!!!

The cut is not done the way I asked, it looks bad and the bangs she gave me are Too short! during the cut I was starting to get nervous from what she was doing and began to feel my anxiety getting bad. She then asked me if I was "going to have a panic attack." I said maybe.That's when she said "it's just hair it'll grow back."

I paid then went to the car to attempt to calm down.I worked up the nerve to go tell them expecting an apology and refund.

They refused and said its "not like it was a bad cut." They said they'd get the manager to call me. no call. Today I was told that the manager had said no but she could give me half off the next time! Ha!
