I had been looking for a qualified non-dealer to service my '02 Audi. Found out about Fourward Motors from an Audi forum and went to Millis from Boston. Chris did a complete check up of my vehicle, noting areas of concern and strength. He serviced the problem areas with great skill and explained everything he was doing and why. Having worked for an Audi dealership, he definitely knows what he is doing with these cars. I found him to be very meticulous, professional and honest. His quotes for his work are very reasonable and certainly saves one compared to the dealership. I will definitely continue working with Chris and highly recommend him to any Audi/VW owner who cares about their vehicle.
