Established in 1965, Gold s Gym is one of the largest chains of fitness centers in the world. Located in Millis, Mass., it has over 600 locations spanning more than 30 countries. The gym specializes in providing a range of exercise and physical fitness programs for individuals of all age groups. Gold s Gym offers a variety of group exercise or physical fitness classes, such as yoga, Pilates and Zumba.
