I jut came on to write a great review. I, when asked by my clients who they should use for wedding day transportation, always say ELITE LIMO! Every report back to me was outstanding! I did see some negative reviews. I question the true validity of any 1 star review..

I also have had a poor experience with this company. The company called the day of my wedding to cancel our limo!!! What is this person's problem??? However, that is NOT ALL! The rude man told me our payment would be returned to our account Monday morning (this was Saturday). We returned from our honeymoon the next week and the money had not be credited to our account. I called and he said they were working on it and it would be there the next day. Wrong! It took over a month for our money to be credited to our account and this only happened after another call from me and one from my father who threatened the man he would drive an hour and come get it in person! He was very rude and not professional about the whole ordeal.

I totally agree with you on THAT!! My wedding day experience with Elite was awful also. First the limo was dirty and nasty. The air conditioner was NOT working, and to top it off, the driver was rude. He had the audacity to ask for payment when we arrived to our reception, needless to say payment had already been made in full by credit card before my wedding day! I would NOT, and I repeat, I would NOT ever recommend "Elite" to anyone, not even my worst enemy! I dont care how lavish or luxurious they claim their vehicles are. I will take a taxi first. Never again will I use this horrible, horrible, rude service!!!

I completely agree with the other customer. I cannot believe a company would do such a thing on someone's wedding day. I also experienced rudeness with the employees of this company and I would NEVER recommend this limousine service to anyone!!! I never received one apology for the mistakes this "elite" company made, instead they made excuse after excuse when they should have corrected the problem or substituted another limo or car in its place. This is a warning, if you want you special occasion to be pleasant DO NOT USE ELITE LIMOUSINE!
