It's unfortunate that someone like the woman who berated the restaurant has no one to respond to her petty complaint. My wife and I are new to the community, and have visited the restaurant several times. Each time we found the food and service to be excellent! In fact, if you want to eat homemade cuisine in portions so large you have to ask for a 'take home' container the Pizza Palace in Millsboro, DE is the place to go.

So my husband and I walk in. We are not greeted by any staff. We walk toward the right side of the restaurant and find a seat near the door. We can see there are only about 6 other parties there being waited on. 2 waitresses working. The table next to us has their food and has been checked on by their waitress. We were looked @ by both waitresses. We sat there for I'd say 8 minutes and was never even acknowledged. So I got pissed off and my husband, son and I walked out toward the same door we came in, we walked by 3 staff members and no one spoke 1 word to us as we were leaving. I just don't get it. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. This has actually happened to us before. I wanna say 1 year ago. However, this place changes their waitstaff like one would change their underwear. So, I figured I'd give them another chance. But we were let down again. As far as I'm concerned, this place only stays in business because there isn't much competition in that small area of Millsboro, DE. I felt better knowing that my money didn't go toward a tip to a waitress who didn't deserve it. I think they all need a new job....preferably not in customer service.
