Provided by YPmobileSomeone backed into my front bumper, and this company was referred to me by the Honda dealer to work on my car that is 2 years old. I specifically asked about color matching, and even though I was reassured the color would match perfectly, it does not. There are also additional scuffs and scratches where there were none. I also needed the car to be done by a certain date, and I did not find out it would not be ready until I showed up to pay more than $3000 in cash. I ended up having to rent a car instead of being able to drive my own for the next two weeks. I understand that parts can be on back order, but that information was not communicated to me at all. I do not recommend this company at all. I was reassured that my car would look like a brand new vehicle, and now I have to find someone who can fix what they did.

Provided by YP.comHave used these guys multiple times for accident repairs. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and often take care of all the insurance company back and forth. They're quick and keep you updated with progress which is good. I definitely recommend them.

Provided by YP.comI used Compact Kars since 1993 on all my family's cars, but I have to say that in the last 5 years their work has suffered greatly and they are not standing behind making corrections. In the past the work was great, but 5 years ago my car was in an accident and I had them fix it and paint it as an insurance claim. Five years later everything on the car is immaculate EXCEPT where they painted it. A paint job should last longer than 5 years and if it doesn't there should be a free repair. They blamed the paint manufacturer, and wanted me to pay the rest for their labor just because the car had alot of miles. If I didn't keep the car immaculate, and the rest of the paint was in bad shape, then they would have an argument, but in this case they should have just fixed it and eaten the charges for labor, or better yet make the paint manufacturer pay for their labor. That's what I would have done for my customers.
BTW they painted the bumper on the same car some 2 years later after my wife backed into my rear bumper and damaged it and the paint doesn't match well. It seems to be a different shade. The owner Tom gave me some BS and sent me on my way. I expect better from them, but I guess I will have to go elsewhere from now on to find that!
