Never again! I had my initial “big” cleaning and was utterly disappointed.



1. Every mirror in the house was smeared or had tons of lint on it

2. The chrome bathroom faucets were all streaky and looked dirty

3. Glass cabinets actually had glass cleaner drip marks on it or not cleaned at all because it still had the children’s’ hand prints were still on the glass

4. The bathroom tile was dirty and sticky because it had a film on it from what ever cleaner was used.

5. Though this was a “through” cleaning, noting was all of the frames on the walls, mirrors etc still had dust on them (although I was told that was the reason the 1st cleaning cost so much more since they would do ALL of that for me)

6. This was the kicker, they stained my rug! There were small red drip dots on my cream carpet that I KNOW were not there.



I had to spend the next day “re-cleaning: my entire house and I was out if $140.



When I contacted the office and was they were not very concerned and made no effort to make amends for the this pathetic excuse of a service.
