This restaurant has gone down hill. Ordered tortillas for my son and never even brought them out. Quality of food has declined.

Went for dinner. Arrived around 6:15pm. About 10 parties waiting when we arrived. We were told it would be a 15min wait. Looking around we counted 7 empty tables/booths. 2 were clean, the other 5 needed to be cleaned. During our 25min wait, we saw parties leave and still the tables had remained dirty and only 2 parties had been seated from the groups waiting. Employees had NO sense of urgency. Occasionally up to 3 of them gathering to share cell phone pictures. We eventually left without being served, as other parties waiting had also done. We have been to this Chilis many times for lunch and never a problem. After sharing the story with others we have learned that the dinner crowd was poorly managed for them as well. We dine out about once a week, and choosing Chilis 50% of the time. I don't know if we will choose it for dinner again.
