Yes, I do take my son here however, it is only for the common ear ache or cold. I know exactly what I want before I arrive - i.e. antibiotics, chest x-ray. For everything else, I see a specialist. This office has missed my son having pneumonia and it was only found after I demanded a script for an x-ray. They also misdiagnosed my son's serious brain condition as seasonal allergies. Once again, I demanded an MRI on the third visit and ultimately my son required neurosurgery. Dr's were profusely apologetic on both occasions and when ever I ask for anything, they are quick to accommodate. Only for this reason, I'l rate them two stars. Just trust your mother's/father's intuition and request additional tests or referrals (if your insurance requires one) to a specialist if you're not getting the answers or results you expect.

Highly unprofessional place im on hold for ten minutes an then they pick up the phone an they put me back on hold

Apparently they are completely incompetent there. My son has gone there since birth. He had physicals for school there including eye exams. Never any issues or concerns until we moved and got a new Dr. who did a physical and eye exam.... It turns out my son is basically blind in one eye and has been since birth. The worst part of it all is that the specialist we saw told us it could have been corrected with surgery prior to my son turning 8 years old, unfortunately he is 10. The new Dr. said my son would have no way of knowing that he had an eye problem since it had been that way since birth.



So now my son has an inoperable eye condition that could and should have been corrected, but due to negligence or incompetence on Holly City Pediatrics end, he will wear glasses for the rest of his life, instead of having a simple corrective surgical procedure. Keep this in mind before you trust you child's health with them, if they can *edited* up an eye exam, how do you think they would handle something more serious?
