JAC Medi is absolutely fantastic they care for the patients they don't make you feel rushed I was getting them every month for about 4 months and the last two times I haven't and I hate it because JAC is by far to he best company

This transport service will blast its horn (at least 7 blasts, and multiple times) at 7am when picking up a neighbor. So very rude and unprofessional, and against the law of disturbing the peace. This driver needs to be disciplined and taught the basic rules of etiquette !!

You know that at first being transported by your company was totally awesome I would arrive at my destination in good time and brought home in good time, But now after going through diferent drivers things were good for while till this last driver, having a GPS and still asking for directions from pasengers is not right! And still getting lost WOW I never thought th is would happen but there's always a first but still I thought drivers took GPS training? Apearently not! I wanted to get a transfer to another company but since medicade pays for my trips i'm stuck, I guess your company has a lot of pull nut it's good to know that God don't like ugly! I know it's not the company but the driver, The drivers atittude is just not good at times. If I could recomend that the drivers would at least appear pleasent it would be a plus! having their minds elsewhere could be a danger to your passengers. Logistics don't care as well as long as the money rolls both ways. Thank you/copy for me.
