I went to pick up my Dry cleaning coats today and I noticed there’s some dirt (lint’s and hairs) on it so I asked the lady at the desk . She was very nasty and mad 😡 she insisted it was clean so I showed her the dirt then she got mad went to the back room and grabbed a brush and try to take out those dirts and started yelling at me. I just then grab my coats and left . OMG 😮 that was a very poor customer service and I swear I will not go back there again!!!!

I went to this establishment today 2/4/15 to have my coat cleaned. There was an Asian woman, mid 50's in a green jacket, on the phone. She came from the back, still on the phone. She never even acknowledged my presence at the register. She continued to talk and laugh and ignore me. The last straw was when she took a seat and became even more engrossed in her conversation. I felt insulted and disrespected. Customer Service should always be a priority in business! If she had made the slightest motion to let me know she saw me, I wouldn't have left the store. Ironically, I was a customer who pushed my family and friends to take their clothes there...and now I will urge them to do the opposite.
