Ross is very busy and even though they try to help you, they are usually very shorthanded tending to the registers. They like to check you in and get you out in a timely fashion which i will say is very fast. kudos to them for that. However, if you want to experience their great products before they are gone, youll have to get their very early bc their trucks are daily and they have a huge customer base coming in and purchasing all before noon. -your welcome

I was extremely pleased in the store has been revamped. First of all I found what I wanted immediately. the store gave me such a warm and friendly feeling. Even though they were busy, all of the associates had a smile on their face and were even able to say hello and is there anything I can help you with, no pressure. I have never been a Ross shopper but I will now. I would say that this was a first class experience.

Finally! I found a Ross store that is clean and easy to shop in!
