Mike did a wonderful job of handling his customers, but I am concerning about their manager and technician skills. I have a 98' Corolla which suddenly has both headlights out of work. It takes them 5 days, and send to deal to diagnose ( of course I paid it) twice to fix it. It turns out that a ground disconnected, of course, they changed this relay and that relay, but after the problem figured out, they don't even respond to my requirement to reconfirm that the parts which they replaced are really bad. So guess what, they charged whatever parts they replaced and charge whatever Toyota dealer charged for the 2 diagnoses, and plus whatever they think they should charge for their extra labor, a simple ground wire disconnection, it turns out to be 5 days inconvenience ( did I mentioned that I have to rent a car by my own?!), and $700+ , and they don't even want to bother to double check to save my some parts that they might mistakenly replaced.

Even I like the guy Mike there and he is the only reason I gave 2 stars, but I don't think this station would be on my list. And I think you guys should be very careful about this station.
