That was by far the greatest experience I have ever had, the staff is amazing and extremely personable, I felt like family when I was there, and they made my lancer look brand new. Would recommend them without a second thought.

Went to this shop as they are preferred Body Shop for Farmers. Did a good job on my rear bumper work and they went far beyond than they are supposed to provide with their excellent service.

I had this place in mind(from my previous experience) before my insurance referred. Very convenient location (right next door to an Enterprise). They did a fantastic job on my Honda Pilot and kept me up-to-date on the progress.

FCC in Sunnyvale was always quick to communicate what was going on as work progressed and never failed to let me know how things were going with the adjuster and with getting parts. I really appreciated feeling like the car was in good hands and their efforts in making me comfortable as work progressed. It also didn't hurt that the office staff was warm and friendly and willing to take the time to thoroughly answer every question I had. Though I hope I never have to, this is a shop I'd go back to.
