I am an IT business analyst and I had endured a long and stressful job search for the last six months after graduating. I had dealt with many recruitment firms in the past that did not come close to matching the services of IDC. But the experience with my first project was not perfect. I was relocated to Dallas and I accepted that. But when I got there the company that I’ve worked for terminated the contract. Even though my relocation costs were covered and I got solid pay for my first two weeks, I was left stunned. However, IDC reacted really fast, consoled me and found me a great opportunity in my home town. That is why they will always have my respect.

For the first time since I began working in my field I can know without a doubt that I will be paid on time. I have been working through IDC for a year now, and I have yet to have those oh so common conversations about how my pay will be delayed due to this and that. In my opinion, that is the most important thing about working for a company. If I am doing to do the work and not get paid for it, then the work is hardly worth it. Thankfully, IDC agrees and I am happy to say that they deliver. Between the great contracts I have gotten through them, the future contracts I am certain my work is leading to, and the consistency of my paycheck, I cannot imagine working with anyone else. IDC is a life saver, and anyone who chooses to work with them will be happy for that decision instantly.

I am brand new to IDC but I already feel cared about. There are so many things I need to learn and get better at, but I feel like I am being trained and talked to like someone who is cared about. Every day I am challenged, but I am challenged with things that I know I can accomplish. IDC pushes me to be the best, try new things, and work harder and harder to get better and better. The work environment is wonderful for me to work in, and I can honestly say that it is the best place I have worked for in the 7 years since I graduated college. I look forward to growing and learning more in this company, and I already feel like the chance to move up inside the company is ahead of me. This is the job my time in school and other jobs was leading up to, and I am thankful to be here working to grow and learn more for my future.

When I started at IDC Technologies, I didn’t know what to expect; I’ve been through a lot of different offices over my 30 years of work. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that this is one of the best working environments I’ve ever been in. Everyone is very nice, and willing to help you if you need it instead of throw you out on your own and hope for the best. My check comes faithfully when it’s supposed to, and I know that when I get my pay my work is being rewarded. I would recommend IDC to anyone I know who needs a job in IT.

I have been working with IDC for the past few months and they have helped me in so many ways. I had this representative named Jarvai who got me my last interview at my current job. They hired me as a temp. And 4 months later my contract ended. I’ve again got home and IDC worked fast to find me another great opportunity according to my experience. I did a job with IDC a little while ago and it was not the best fit. I wasn’t overly pleased with where I was, but it helped me get to where I am now. It is always a great experience with IDC. They are an organized staffing agency that is in the business for a long time. Canceled contracts are nothing new for me. I have been through at least a dozen over the last 20 years of working IT. However, the last handful were a breeze compared to all of the ones before it thanks to IDC. While working with them, if a contract was canceled they worked to help me find a new contract, whether it meant I needed to relocate or stay put. They went far and wide to make sure my best interests were kept in mind while they found me new work, often a contract that would allow me to make more money or get a step up for future contracts. That means a lot to me. I work in an uncertain business, but IDC is doing what they can to help people like me stay in work and making bills and payments even when things get crazy and contracts get canceled. I plan on working through IDC for the rest of my career, and encourage anyone like me who is stick of fighting hard to get ahead to do so as well.

I was contacted by one of the staff who told me she had a number of job openings I might be interested in. I met with her and after getting to know me, she scheduled an interview with a company she felt would be a good fit. I went through a very thorough interview process complete with testing and she guided me the whole way. She gave me interview tips and showed me how to improve my resume so it would appeal to the company. I landed the job and have her to thank! The whole process took about one week.



I think if you are determined to get a job and listen to the advice this staffing agency have, you will find success. IDC will help, but you have to put in an effort and have the right attitude.
