Food is good. Very pleasant customer service. Always with a warm welcome esp. Ms. Rossell. She explains well the different kinds of menu packages. Very clean and professional in the way they handle their business. I met also the mom of the owner, I just forgot her name,was a very pretty woman from Cavite I guess. She was helpful coz I learned she came to help with the set up of the restaurant. Very supportive parent, she came all the way from the Philippines. They must be an experienced in the managing in this kind of business. Overall, they are very quick in serving the food and considerate in the needs of their customers. Very good.

The only disappointment I had was when we went their on a Sunday after church to have dinner, we can not get in because there was full reservations. It is not their fault by the way, it is obvious that customers really support the KALESA. I have also referred to a lot of my friends and colleague and they like it.
