Our family has Mcdonalds may be once or twice a week. We don't always order the full meals. It is when we do order the meals is when there are problems. The usual mistake is we get the wrong meal. Like today I went to get the family dinner from your store because three of the kids have hockey practice. I ordered 1 dbl qrtr meal, 1 dbl qrtr sandwich only, 1 filet fish meal w/a fruitopia, and 2 mcchicken sandwiches plain.

The dbl meal was fine Instead of the extra dbl qrtr we got a single qrtr, and instead of the fish we got a southern style chicken sandwich, and the 2 mcchickens had mayo on them. Oh ya and the fruitopia was all water with a little bit of red in it, i guess the syrup was running out. This all happened at 4pm. I called the store when I got to the practice and of course theey will replace the error and the supervisor was very sorry again. You may be wondering why I keep going back, well this Mcdonalds is maybe half a block from our house. Its almost like a game we never know what we will end up with.
