Milpitas, CA 95035 Kohl's, Great mall. dont call or buy here because I call for checking if they have a item that what im looking for and i have item #'s but she dont even ask my Sku #' because she is Laxy, Rude, Mean lady at the Juniors Dept. After she listen to me that im looking a item, she HANG UP! the phone. DAMN you lady. learn more... customer is always right!..if you dont have a customer in your company,you will lost your job and the company will Bankruptcy because of the customer service. today is nov.27- sunday- 2:49pm. be aware to call this Kohl's Department at Great mall, the employee and customer service at the department are not helpful. Im Disappointed!
