I didn't get my one and only Christmas present. I couldn't afford much but I knew I wanted a bike to get in some excercise. I went online and ordered the
26" Schwinn Fairhaven Women's 7-Speed Cruiser Bike, Cream. I was excited to get to pick this up and start riding! Well, I received an email that my bike was ready to pick up. Before going, I went online to review the Reviews. Many people said they were charged for assembly, but on the website it says to call the store directly and ask to have it assembled for free. I called the store and spoke with the store manager, she reassured me the bike would be assembled, I said great. She said they would contact me when it was ready to be picked up. I said great. The next day, I received a notice that my bike was ready for pick up, which was great because it was the day before Christmas, and I had planned to go for a Christmas day ride with my dog. I am pretty broke so this was really significant for me since it was the only thing I bought myself for Christmas. So I was excited to pick up the bike, I arrive and check into their kiosk, I waited about half an hour, then a woman approached me, she was completely frazzled, I looked at her name tag, her name is Therese(a)? So she looked at me for a bit before talking to me which was unsettling....to be stared at, then it hit me, something was wrong.
She nervously said, "okay ma'am, we have your bike ready we'll bring it out soon." Phew! A sigh of relief, I got excited. I waited, and waited which I expected to do since it was the day before Christmas and it was busy. She then pops back out and sits right next to me, she has a picture of a green bike on her device, she says, "We have your bike but a piece didn't work out, we have this cream colored one that is exactly like the one you bought that we can give you instead." I was like what???? I felt this play in words was to purposely confuse me into something. Long story short, NO Bike, NO Merry Christmas.

The Milpitas Walmart will not see me back! I went there this morning after sitting in traffic for an hour to pick up some green light bulbs. I kind of expected to see them near the entrance because of all the publicity about the green light program. No luck. I asked a greeter where I might find them and I got a one word answer I didn't understand. I asked again and he pointed toward the back of the store. I seached all over the store and looked at every light bulb on the shelves. After searching for ten minutes, I found a Walmart employee and asked where the green light bulbs were. She told me they didn't have any and wouldn't be getting any. I went to customer service and waited in line to talk to a manager. (Only one person helping at the counter). I finally had a chance to talk to the asst, manager and she told me her store wasnt shipped any and wouldn't be getting any. She said none of the stores in the area would be getting any. OK...that is someone elses fault. But, wouldn't it make sense to place a sign at the entrance to the store explaining the store would not be selling any? That would be a nice thing to do to avoid what happened to me. I called back twice to make this suggestion and no manager ever answered the phone. POOR FORM WALMART. EVERY TIME I SEE THE AD FOR WALMART'S GREEN LIGHT FOR VETS PROGRAM I GET MAD ALL OVER AGAIN!

Worst customer service ever ! So here's my story.. I went in to buy some goldfish for my son I waited 5 minutes patiently hoping someone who worked in the fish department would show up, no one did. I ask a lady who is walking to warehouse if she can have someone help me she says, ill page someone to come help you. Ten minutes pass by no one comes so I see a lady working in the children's clothes department and asked her and she says she can not help me because that is not her department so there's "NOTHING" she can do .. I see another lady walking to the warehouse (the fish department is right next to the warehouse) I ask her if she can please have someone help me it has been 20 minutes and no one has helped me she says she's just a cashier and just to wait by the fish and someone would eventually show up. By that time I was so furious how can an employee not help a customer I mean isn't that their job ? FINALLY half an hour later, the man who works in the department comes and tells me I'm just going to use the restroom ill be back . I didn't know what to say. Idk if I'm exaggerating but this was the worst customer service ever . I wish I could give these rating zero stars

Ahh..the good old Walmart. It's a love and hate relationship. Things are so cheap over there. But you know the customer service is awful. I hate going to Walmart, but I just can't help going...
