This company was contracted to install the plumbing in a new build; however, after only 14 months of living in the house, the pipes bang severely in both bathrooms when shutting off the faucets, when the toilets stop filling and especially when the showers are turned off. This should not be happening, and clearly the work was shoddy at best. Water pressure coming into the house is exactly 60 psi as measured multiple times, by multiple people, at multiple points with two different gauges, which although right on the border, 60 psi should be okay. I shut off the water and drained the house completely to include the water heater and sink fill lines in hopes of recharging air chambers if they existed. Nothing helped. Called this company see about help and since the warranty has run out (one year...big surprise), was basically shoved off the phone to deal with it. Nice.

HE was very polite and and punctual, he replaced my tub with a shower with two valves, and I love it! I'm so glad I worked with them. Very reasonable pricing. five starts

We called with an emergency and they responded within just a couple of hours at a very reasonable price.
