Do not call these guys. They ...

Do not call these guys. They came out and worked on my RV in August of 2011. While they were here I asked them to fix something in the RV.

In the process of seeing if they could fix it, they broke it even worse. Then the repairman said he would take care of it, but it would have to come out of his pocket.

For 8 months I have been trying to get them out here to fix what they broke as well as complete work that I initially hired them to do, and they have been ditching and dodging me.

I have yet been able to speak with the owner or maybe I have and he pretends not to be him.

Either way, these guys are shady to say the least. They even gave me a BS story that they cannot get the part because they don't have a relationship with the dealer.

I called the dealer and in 15 minutes I had the part number that they needed to replace and a price and I could have it drop shipped right to my front door.

They said they would take care of it. It has now been 3 more months and have not heard a word.

My next action is to take them to small claims court. Report them to the BBB Better Business Bureau and never do business with these people again.

It's a shame they are the only place around that will come out. The others are in Pensacola and Panama City.

I would be calling them right now if they would have done right by me since I need someone out here to fix my AC which just went out. That's a thousand dollar bill in their pocket, but I rather sweat my balls off then contact these shysters again.

So I have to wait until next Tuesday until DR. Mobile RV in Panama City can get out here.

Avoid these people like the plague.

Brought our 5er all the way from Texas to have bedroom slide rebuilt (it obviously had a leak no one told us about when we bought it used and it rotted out the wood the ram was attached to that pulls the slide in). These guys are fabulous! Yes, it was a blow to our expenses but we knew it was going to cost a lot... but hell of a lot cheaper than Dixie or Camping World! And they did a great job in the two weeks they said it would take! Other than a little dust it was immediately luveable! Love this place and will use them again (but I pray not anytime soon!) Thank you Bill's for giving such great service!

If you need repairs, even emergency repairs, in this area call a mobile tech and avoid Bill's RV Service because you'll just be replacing/repairing the same items almost immediately. After I received my coach back many items completely failed within 12 hours to a week after they had performed "full replacement of items not simply repairs". Many of the other items were working when I gave them the unit for repairs although not fully functional or quite correctly and after they "repaired or replaced" the items they didn't work at all!! Bill's paperwork says they have warranty on their repairs however it is useless because when you call them or go in and tell them these items have failed (some within hours of repair) they refuse to touch the coach again!! They are supposedly a qualified certified mechanic and service center! What is the use of a company who performs repairs that you will just be paying for again??

Our new Canyon Star levelers stopped working so Newmar contacted Bill's RV because they provided mobile service as well as filing warranty paperwork so we would not have an out-of-pocket expense. Rusty was SUPER. He quickly replaced the motor once receiving the parts from the manufacturer. He went above the call of duty and offered advice to possibly avoid the same problem and also solved a simple water heater problem we questioned him about without an extra charge. I would recommend this business to anyone because they are knowledgeable and experienced.

Very Helpful

Our Jayco camper's AC died while on vacation. We called Bill's RV. They gave us an idea what it might be over the phone. My husband checked out and no luck. We brought it to them and they immediately tested and diagnosed the problem. Although they did not have the parts, they called around to find them for us! They could have had sit for the days waiting on the past. Great job!!!

Extremely rude, unhelpful, and not friendly at all. We called them to get some pricing on different services as we were looking to purchase an RV and were curious about maintenance costs. Everything we asked about was either priced extremely high or their answer was "if it breaks, you just have to replace it.) I'd be extra cautious before doing business with this company as their default answer appears to be replace, not repair. Also, they do not service engines.

They're always helpful when we need service. Best pricing for RV parts.

Stay away from this place. To...

Stay away from this place.

Took RV in for quick oil change, check tire pressure and asked them to change a tail light bulb (5 minute thing since it was there..I thought). It cost me $200.

They separated out each "job" and billed for time separately (per their estimate book I'm sure) It cost me $42.50 to change a bulb (billed me for .5hrs) and another $42.50 to check the air pressure on tires, then another $42.50 for the oil change. Parts were $60 for oil filter, oil, light bulb and $10 for "shop supplies".

I do understand how auto repair billing is done...every job has an estimate in a book for time and that is what is used to determine labor charges. They billed "by the book" to the max to benefit them... legal..yes, but fair or reasonable business practice... ABSOLUTELY NOT. $42 for a 2 min light bulb change ??

By the way this was their second chance for me. I was having a problem with my refrigerator going out. I called them after they had it for 4 days to check on it. I heard the person who answered the phone ask someone else where the tech was and was he taking a nap ... he finally got on the phone and said he hadn't had a chance to look at it yet. A few days later I had to have it back for a trip. I was told they were waiting on a control board to come in. I took the RV back and they were supposed to call me when it came in. They never called. I called after a few weeks and was told someone would get back to me.. never did.

This company will NOT see my business again.

These guys were very helpful to me and my family as we were driving through Milton. We had a minor problem that they knew how to fix quickly, efficiently, and cost effectively. They were also able to answer questions about our 5th wheel that we had bought used. There were a few things we did not know, but they were able to tell us about! We will absolutely stop there again as we are traveling through Milton!
