I've used Joiner Fill Dirt various times, including having them drop off fill dirt, and paving a circle driveway, and they've been fantastic. Communication was good and efficient, they came when they said they would, and the driveway looks phenomenal. Price seemed fair. I could not be happier.

The first load of dirt we ordered from them took 3 different delivery dates. They were no-shows for the first two delivery dates that we were given. They don't answer the phones often and when they do, the lady that works there is hateful! Ordered another truck load of dirt yesterday and were told it would be here before 4:00. No show again. Called at 9:00 this morning and they said it would be here within an hour. Called them at 11:30 and I was given a bunch of excuses and they said they would be here by noon. They are not reliable. We will not EVER use this company again!

The worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time. The wife is the "secretary" and has no manners. Rude on the phone, rude to my wife in person. Told we would get delivery on Wednesday, tried calling every 30 minutes from 0900 on to noon, never got an answer. Wife went to address listed in Yellow Pages and it was apparently their home. Wife was offended we had the audacity to show at their "place of business" and wouldn't give us a time for a delivery or a number to reach the person making the delivery.



I would rather back my truck to a field and hand dig 20 Cubic Yards of dirt myself than hire this "business" again.
