Quality Poor to fair

When I rented a house from them from 2010 - 2012, the following happened: Move-In: The house was filthy. They only threw on a quick coat of paint; the registers were all dirty; the fans all had a build-up of dirt on them; the carpet was filthy. The overhead fluorescent light in the kitchen did not work properly due to faulty ballast. During leasing periods: They increased the price of my rent and would have charged me a $100/month rent increase the third time I re-signed the lease unless I opted for a 1-year rental agreement. The light in the kitchen was never repaired. A discrepancy found with the dishwasher was never addressed. Upon move-out: In spite of the fact that I had the carpets professionally cleaned, my security deposit was docked $320.00 for a "pet enzyme odor removal" in spite of the fact that I kept the place clean, ensured that I kept up after my pets, and had the carpet professionally cleaned in accordance with the contract, and I forfeited $225.00 worth of rent. I do not recommend utilizing Re/Max Infinity for your leasing needs. There are other property managers in the area, go with them.

I just recently sold my home in the Pace area and used this real estate company. They were very professional and helpful in the process. Their agents and office staff were very polite and helpful whenevre I called. I would highly recommend RE/MAX Infinity and their agents for selling or buying in and around this area.
