We have rented a property for the last two years that Mr. Phil Jones manages, we have received great service since the beginning of our lease.

I contacted Phil Jones over three weeks ago. He told me he had been with the company for years. I have property I want to sell. He told me he would research and get back to me with in a few days with his recommendations. I wanted to list the property. I haven't heard back from him. I have called his office and left messages. no one returns calls. Good luck if you use this company and especially this agent.

Do not do business with this company or owner, Dee Jones period! We are filing a complaint with the State of Florida on his failure to deliver an appraisal after telling lender on numerous occasions that it would be in at a specific time. After not delivering, he refused to return calls. Stay away from this business,
