Pinckard's sent out Mr. Martin (first name) and Caleb (sp) to remove and install a new two-car garage door. Mr. Martin initiated contact with a phone call informing me he was enroute. He arrived, introduced himself and got to work. I had a very informative conversation regarding garage doors, installation, the company, and the local area in general.

Mr. Martin and Caleb were very professional in every way and their work, given my limited knowledge appeared to be first-rate. I can provide a list of local companies I would never call because of their employees and poor workmanship. That list is far longer than the list of companies I trust and would call again.

Pinckard's Garage Doors is on my go to list of local companies. I highly recommend asking for Mr. Martin or Caleb (currently still in training) for your garage door needs.

Excellent service. Chris knew exactly what he was doing. He adjusted the sticky roll-up and lubed/tuned both. All at a reasonable price...without dropping the "replace it all" BS. Simply awesome. These are the guys you need to call.

I ordered a garage door for a new home I'm building. Was promised it installed in 10-14 days. It took 21 days to get it scheduled. But no one showed up so at noon I called and got the old I was just about to call you. ....can't make it today. ....first thing in the morning. ...I am waiting at new house, no installer at 11:00 I leave to go to another job site. Get a call finally that installer is on the way. I need to pay balance of door cost. I tell installers I am not there and will return to pay balance. When door is completed. My phone starts blowing up with threats installer tells home every one at job site they're going to take door down if they don't get the balance of the ticket. When I get there to pay maybe 30 minutes later I find they moved concrete barriers to drive on brand new driveway homeowners didn't want oil , clay, tire tracks etc...on and door has a large gap under it that is my problem to adjust. I paid the other half of bill and was glad to see these unprofessional clowns leave. Lesson learned, different company next time.

Pinkards came out yesterday to my home to look at my garage door that wouldn't close unless you were holding the button down on the wall. It was simply the sensor "eye" being out of place. The kind technician didn't even charge me. I call them everytime I have an issue. They are honest, inexpensive, caring, and want to earn your business. When I have had repairs in the past the cost was minimal. Thank you Pinkards!!!

I have used Pinckard Garage door for many years. They have replaced the coil springs at the top of ny door twice in 18 years. Cost was very reasonable at $110 for parts and labor for one of the springs this year (2009).
