This clinic is by far the best in caring for our 3 cats and dog. We have had our dog in for emergency care..They were extremely kind and caring as well as remedied the problem. Our cat recently spent 3 days in their hospital care. They accommodated us while visiting our cat, continued to check with us if we needed anything or had questions. Amazing service and very compassionate. Extremely reasonable prices as well. Very pleased!

I called his clinic to see about arranging a surgery for my dog, they NEVER returned my calls and were exceedingly rude. My dog's surgery was needlessly delayed due to their attitude and inaction. will NEVER take my animals there again!!

I use Dr. K's mobile service for our 8 horses and he has always done a great job for us. The office staff is very professional and prompt, and Dr. Kennedy makes himself available as needed which is a big relief when a large animal is sick. He will call on his cell to get a rundown on the status of an animal and provide advice over the phone on how to manage until he can come, which is very helpful.

I recently had an emergency situation with my dog who was bleeding from her rectum.

After repeated calls to the local veternarian emergancy hot line with no return call from the on call vet I finally took my do to Dr. Kennedy who practices in Milton Freewater, about a 12 mile distance away from my home in Walla Walla. Although not at the clinic himself, he notified his vet technician to have her standing by until he could get to his clinic. THe Vet tech was sensational in her approach to Reggi and although she had never seen Reggi before she treated Reggi as though they were long lost pals. When Dr. arrived my anxiety was relieved by his calming and professional demeanor. He was very thourough in his exam and diognosis. Even though Dr Kennedy was not on call, he responded to our situation without delay. I finally recieved a call back 3 1/2 hours after my initial call to the Walla Walla Veterianary 'hot line' but by then Reggi was under the expert care rendered by Dr. Kennedy and his assistant. Thankgoodness for Dr Kennedy.
