Their products aren't very good, but they aren't the worst, either. Before you decide to do business with them, though, you should know that their service is terrible. They will go out of their way NOT to serve you, or as Clark Howard puts it, they offer "customer no-service." Stay clear of Vickie Garner, Gloria Holthaus, Nicole Stratten, and Ronna Brown. They are all incompetent and/or rude. Stephanie Rudd seems genuinely nice and professional, though, which is more than I can say for most of her staff, including the managers.
