Fontbonne Academy, sponsored by the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Boston, is a Catholic college preparatory high school for young women. The school offers a variety of advanced placement, honors, standard and basic courses. Fontbonne Academy s academic curriculum includes theology, world history, United States history, math, fine arts, English and science. In addition, the school conducts classes in health and physical education. The school operates a foreign language department. It also offers a variety of elective courses. Additionally, it conducts classes in algebra, physical science, economics, accounting and consumer math. Fontbonne Academy offers honors courses in algebra, chemistry, geometry, English and calculus.
