The owner ruins the whole experience.

I decided to try this gym due to it's location and lack of congestion at typically busy times.

However, within three months I Had several unfriendly encounters, all with the owner.

The staff tried to apologize on his behalf, calling it a 'cultural' thing. But, I'm pretty sure politeness and respect is universal in a business where customer experience should be paramount. I don't think he gets

I really wonder if it was me being singled out for whatever reason, or just his poor customer management skills. Seriously, be prepared to feel uncomfortable if he's around.

It's too bad this guy owns a nice gym, with his arrogant and condescending attitude, HE ruins the experience. I'm not alone as you can tell from reviews on several sites, and for the past 12 months.



I don't feel right giving this guy any income.



No one should be made to feel uncomfortable simply because the 'emperor' doesn't feel loved.

BE PREPARED TO FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE IF HE'S AROUND.
