Needed a new battery for my Honda 6 mo. ago. They suggested I buy their "new" ($100) rather than reconditioned battery because of the free replacement warranty. I went for it. So far it has lost charge twice, the most recent time it left be stranded on the road. I went back to Budget Batteries and was told both times that the battery was fine and just needed to be recharged. The second time I demanded a warranty exchange for a new battery and the manager adamantly refused. This even though they tested my car for a current drain and found none. Don't waste your time or money for one of their crappy batteries. Their JUNK. They don't even stand behind their warranty. Visit an auto parts store or Costco.

purchased new battery at the Milton location and tried to pay with check which they will not accept unless a business. Six days after installing battery the power terminal lead fell off and left me stranded for two hours until a flatbed tow arrived to take to shop. Mechanic found the terminal lead off and replaced, vehicle worked fine. I returned to where I purchased battery and they could have cared less about my problem. They eluded that it was my fault because I should have checked that terminal first thing. Not even an apology. The manager said he would have the owner call but he never did. Never on my worst day will I use this business again.
