Throughout the years that I have ordered here, I have gotten nothing but friendly service and impeccable quality. Working with a local business is nice because you are going to get an extra level of attention that an out of state company just can't do over the phone. Northwest Embroidery has always been patient in taking extra time to show me samples and work through multiple changes in my designs. Their sales representatives really go above and beyond.

I visited NW Embroidery last week when they had an open house. It was fascinating watching the machines' precision in sewing so many shirts at a time. The staff were wonderful and answered all my questions. I haven't ordered anything yet, but I plan to soon.

Provided by YP.comKudos to Northwest Embroidery's art guru, Randy for the work he did on the t shirts for my car club. I really only had a rough idea for him to run with and he tuned it into something outstanding. We have already sold out of the ones we ordered for Christmas and are definitely returning when summer rolls around.

Been working with Northwest for years! Great people and the embroidery is really good. Be sure to ask for Shannon, she's awesome to work with. :)

From their company name NW Embrodiery, you would think they could handle any sort of needlework, but I learned that this is not the case. They only are willing to work with you if you are willing to spend enough money to make your order "worth it" to them.I sewed my own table runners and wanted to add some artistic embroidery to the ends. I brought them in and explained to the lady what I was looking for, but she point blank told me that their company could not do my design. She said that they speciaize in clothing and that they do not typically sew table runners. She said if I wanted to get it done, it would cost over $100.00 to do. That is out of my budget and does not seem fair to me. If you are going to call yourself NW Embroidery, you need to be prepared to handle all sorts of requests from potential customers, in my opinion.

I've driven by here five times a week for almost ten years and finally decided to stop by last Christmas. I wanted to get some shirts printed for gifts to give to my family. I wasn't sure exactly how to go about ordering them, but the saleswoman in the front office was very helpful and patient (I believe her name is Christina?).I paid for three shirts then went home and just emailed her the picture I wanted printed and she took care of the rest. I picked up the shirts the next day and they looked fantastic. My only complaint would be that I wish I could have ordered shirts in colors other than white.I am glad I finally stopped by!

They do good embroidery but there is a setup fee for designs that will add to your total cost. I guess if you plan on using the design a lot in the future, its no big deal since it will eventually even out. I only planned on doing my design once for some coats for Christmas, which made the setup cost a little expensive. I might end up ordering some more in the summer, so since I already have my design done it will be nice to not have to pay the setup a second time.

I own a small embroidery company who does about 2 or 3 orders a month. Usually I'm able to handle the jobs on my single head embroidery machine but I managed to get a large order for five hundred caps that was just beyond my capacity. I was considering turning down the order, but took a chance on contracting it to NW Embroidery. They did a great job in about 1/10th of the time it would have taken me to do it. My customer was really happy with the results and I plan to send them any large orders I get in the future.

I ordered sweaters with our company logo embroidered on them for employee Christmas gifts this year. I just picked them up yesterday and I'm really pleased with the results. No complaints at all.

Northwest has always done really nice embroidery on everything I've purchased and they have a big selection of different promotional things to choose from. I am in charge of the buying for an elementary school and I order quite a few different things each year like sweatshirts for the kids and coffee cups for the staff. I can get them all here without having to search all over for different companies to do each.

This is the third embroidery shop I have been to in a year. I could not find one that could make my company's logo look correct when they sewed it but finally I found one here. Third time is a charm I guess. I will be doing my future business here because finally someone got it right!

The hats to raise money for the Lakewood police officers were a really wonderful gesture. I've been wearing my hat for months now and I might buy another if they are still available. If I ever need embroidery done in the future I will be sure to go here.

I came in looking for Carhart coats but they had some that were a lot cheaper and looked just as good. The embroidery is top notch and I am totally happy with what we received.

I just got a good deal on parka coats I found out about through their email list. Got them for under 25 bucks each. They are really high end similar to something from REI, etc. Service was fast too.

I always had this t shirt idea I wanted to make for myself couldn't because I would have to order dozens of shirts to make it worth the time I saw the banner outside advertising you could get one shirt made so I brought my idea in and they did it really fast. I wanted a black shirt but they could only do a white one since I only wanted to order just one. I get a lot of comments about my shirt at the bar, so I would say it was a success.

Northwest Embroidery made the hats, jackets and sweatshirts for the marine insurance company I work for. Shannon, my sales rep really was pleasure to work with. I just scanned our letterhead design and emailed it to her. Their artist cleaned it up and turned it into a beautiful embroidered version that came out way better than my expectations. We gave out most of the hats to clients as gifts and they really liked them a lot too. I would definitely recommend NW Embroidery

Did a great job on our softball jerseys. Found Northwest Embroidery online through Google and gave them a call. They didn't try to sell me expensive jerseys that we didnt need, and I appreciate that. I told them our budget (not much) we got ones that still look really good. Nothing fancy, but you get what you pay for. I can't speak for their embroidery since our jerseys were printed. We might end up getting baseball hats too since they were on sale.

A big thank you to Northwest Embroidery for their donation of the embroidered hats in memory of the fallen Lakewood police officers. I bought myself one and for each of my two boys. We wear them with pride. I know the money that the sale of these caps is going to really help out the families. Its folks like you that remind me how generous people in our community can be. You are really a class act!
