Do NOT move in here! Yes, the rent is cheap, but you are getting what you pay for. My husband and I moved in here in June 2013, and we found BLACK MOLD in our bathroom. We also found a orange/yellow gunk covering everything in the bathroom and kitchen. It probably was from the previous owner smoking. We had to scrub down EVERYTHING in the apartment because everything was sticky. There is also a bug problem. We see LOTS of centipedes, spiders, and stinkbugs. Ellen, the landlord, is completely rude and does not work on these apartments at all. She hires a cleaning service to clean the carpets in the vacant rooms, but that is the only clean thing. The parking lot is also filled with potholes. I had to get my car fixed a few times of them. My husband and I have expressed our concerns to the landlord, and she does nothing about any of our problems. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE
