Terrible customer service. They authorized my debit card twice. I spent $50.00 in this business and I wish I had never walked thru the door. I know that the second authorization will eventually fall off of may account - but - in the mean time - the second authorization has messed with my account. In this day and age, when people use a debit card in place of cash, a second authorization that puts a hold on your account is a hardship. I tried to resolve this issue with the location manager, Nicole and could not even get a phone call back. I then tracked down the owner, Barb, who said it was all an innocent mistake. I have asked that my purchase be refunded in full - I am very sorry that I ever walked thru the door. It was a very, very expensive haircut. Stay away from this business is my best advice.
