They really seemed to know their business and diagnosed the problems right away. They are lowest garage door parts. They were quick, reliable. I will use them again in the future.

I had someone break into my garage a few months ago, but luckily nothing valuable was stolen. I called A1 Garage Door Service in the morning and they sent Domike, their technician, the same day! He was polite, professional and easy to talk to. He explained everything what needed to be done and fixed our garage door in less than one hour. Now our garage door works like a charm and I highly recommend A1 for all your garage door needs!

I had a problem with my garage door that I tried to fix on my own, but after a few hours wasted, I realized that I needed a professional. One of my friends has recommend A1 Garage Door Service as a good choice to help me with the door. I called their customer service and the price for the repair was OK, so we scheduled an appointment quickly. The technician that came the next morning, was very friendly and polite, fixed my garage door. The door now works flawlessly and I will surely keep A1’s phone number in my contacts.

Horrible, inexperienced, unlicensed technicians! I would never use them again. The technician totally over quoted me & did a horrible torsion spring installation. I had Hartland overhead garage door company come out & fix there mess up & I'm in small claims court for refund now.

This company totally provides 5-star service. A1 sent their guy Larry out to fix my garage the same day I called. I called because I tried to fix it myself, but in the process hurt myself and made the garage door damaged worse. So when I could not fix it myself, he came out and not only fixed my problem but helped troubleshoot other areas at no additional cost. I would definitely use this company again. Thanks Larry & A1.

A1 garage service sent Brian to help me out with my door. Brian rocked today. He spent several hours doing a complete overhaul of our old garage door with new springs and an opener and other parts, like rollers & stuff. Now the door is wonderful. All and all, he was a very good guy doing an honest day's work. I would gladly recommend him and A1 Garage door service

This place is great. A1 is a great company. My garage door springs were broken. It was too late at night so I called them at 7 am the next day. Before I knew it Chuck arrived and was hard at work, completing repairs on my garage by noon that day. The prices are fair, I called and got quotes from their competitors. But A1s prices were the most reasonable to a person on a budget. Chuck gave me several options on the repair; quick fix, medium fix, long term repair. I will always use this company from now on with any garage door.

Absolutely fantastic service. We had a garage door emergency at 8 at night, right before forecasted bad weather. I called four emergency repair services. A1 was the only company to actually answer the phone! They offered to come out immediately to fix the door or book an appointment first thing in the morning. I chose the next morning. This guy they sent was Peter, and he was there bright & early. He professionally diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within an hour. A1’s rate was less than his competitors and Peter gave me a military discount! Very friendly, courteous, and took the time to explain & answer the questions I had. Very happy. A+ service.

Gotta tell you, A1 blew me away. I was visiting my parents in Maryland, and the garage door came off the track and was stuck wide open, so this was an urgent matter. The next morning, I phoned and they said they could be there at noon. Much to my surprise, they actually arrived half an hour early; that blew me away! How many times have waited for a repairman that is hours late, or even worse, never shows up? This was like a breath of fresh air. Larry was awesome, got repair done quickly and for a reasonable price. Also he showed me how to maintain and occasionally apply oil to the springs to prevent future problems, and even where to buy the oil. I would absolutely recommend A1 to anyone who needs garage door repair, or a new garage door.

I contacted A1 Garage Doors to replace a spring system in my garage door and their service was excellent. Brian called to tell me of when he would be arriving and he was on time. While working on the door, he explained the repair and how everything works. I am happy with the work he did and would recommend A1 Garage Door Service to friends and family.

Based on the good experience I had having A1 repair my garage door, I highly recommend A1 Garage Door Service. A lift cable on my 2- car garage door with torsion springs failed. I Called A1 Garage Door on Saturday morning. They gave me an ballpark repair cost and a two-hour arrival window. The repairman Brian arrived at the top of the window. We both agreed to replace both cables on the affected door. Brian completed this work and lubricated moving parts as necessary He tested his work and gave me a bill for a little more than $100. I thought that was fair. Good service from this place.

Searched for garage door repair Milwaukee and found A1 Garage Door Repair. After 6 years owning my house my garage door finally needed repair because one of the rollers had fallen off. I know the owner and immediately contacted A1 to set up an appointment. They offered to send someone the next day but I needed to wait until the day after so I could be home and they setup a window from 8am-10am. They were supposed to call in advance when the technician was on his way but I didn't hear from them. However, he showed up around 9am, right in the middle of the appointment window. Ed was friendly and thorough, checking the entire door, cables, etc and even replaced my burned out light bulbs. He told me the rollers have a lifetime warranty and showed me how to lubricate the rollers to ensure the warranty isn't voided.

Today I called three companies on yelp: garage doors 4 less, affordable garage door, and a1 garage door service! I will say they were all reasonably priced, although, after doing some research a1 garage has been in business longer and they are licensed. They actually come up in yelp for best garage door repair. The girls at the office were very nice and the technician called on the way, tommy was nice and explained everything step by step. He replaced both torsion springs, rollers, and the new garage door armor aka garage door shield. The price was right in the warrantee is for life, I'm really happy I called them and I will continue to use them in the future. I'm going to refer them to my friends family and neighbors. These guys are awesome! Excellent service, honest, reliable and priced reasonable. Just moved into our house the garage doors weren't working. Didn't know what to expect but they came and told me what I knew, that my doors need to be changed, but they still fixed the doors so I can use them until I buy new doors (which I'll be purchasing from them).

Called Tommy when my garage door broke. They came out and fixed it, lubed the spring, and made sure everything is working properly. Professional service, and cost is very reasonable. I would recommended them to anyone who has a garage door problem.

I called a few other companies before I called A1 and they made it almost impossible to get somebody out to my house. I called A1 and they had a guy out to my house within 2 hours. If I ever need anything done on a garage door I'm going straight back to these guys.

My moms garage door broke last week so I decided to call a company that I heard about - a1 garage door service. They were very nice on the phone and took there time with her. The nice repairman came out to our house in Mesa and diagnosed the door within ten minutes began work, and he definitely knew what he was doing (Tommy). He took his time and explained everything about the broken garage door springs. After the work he went over the entire bill and it was less than expected after the discounts. We will use this company again and already told the neighbors to give this garage door repair company a call. They need a new garage door opener. Tommy recommended that we use a Liftmaster or a Guardian garage door unit. He said the Guardians are very quiet and will last a long time. Looking forward to using them in the future for my house.
