This hotel has been recently renovated and it has a very nice atmosphere and accomodations. However, that is about the only good thing I can say about the hotel. The service was LOUSY!! From the doorman, to the front desk, and even the waiters in the Envoy Restaurant. There was a room service tray from breakfast outside of my room when I checked in (at 5pm!!) and I had to call the front desk three times before it was removed. The ice machine was broken. The Envoy restaurant had bad food and the service was worse! I complained at check-out and I also expressed my dissatisfaction through an online survey; yet my complaints went unrecognized and unresolved. I WOULD NOT STAY THERE EVER AGAIN!!
