Provided by YP.comWe had my husband's stone dedication this past weekend, and I couldn't be happier with the beautiful monument created by Art in Stone. The artwork is amazing and it is obvious that they take pride in their work. Ilona and her father at Art in Stone were so easy to work with and they were so kind, helpful and understanding as I struggled to get just the right design, font, stone, etc. They really helped make a difficult time so much easier. Thank you!

Provided by YPmobileWe placed an order back in September of 2012 for a special monument for my parents who unexpectedly passed 6 months apart. It was stated on the contract that our parents' monument would be completed in around 6 month though we would receive regular pictures and updates. If we didn't like the progress they'd modify it as they go and if we didn't like it they'd give us our money back.
We went through a year of being told they didn't know, they'd get back to us and didn't, no phone calls from the company with updates, reports, reassurance, etc. However, I called many times but only to hear excuses like I have to talk to Peter to find out what's happening, Peter's not here today, Ilona's in Florida for the week, problems with distributors in the Himalayas, stone is at port in the States but not at the facility, then it's not even completed yet (???)
After a year and calling regularly I called them and they said a stone was ready to view. I went there to see it and it was horrible and looked as though a kindergartner had done it. They said they could maybe 'fix' it but it was so far from what was ordered for there to be any way to 'fix' it. After a year of nothing marking their gravesite, being out $6,000, and dealing with a difficult company who now say they never give refunds, I was quite upset and frustrated.
The customer service, or lack of, my family and I received was horrific and unacceptable. We never saw a picture or got a glimpse of any part of the monument until this horrific rock was shown to me. I was never allowed to have a picture of this atrocity that I had paid for and was promised frequent pictures of.
This was an awkward, uncomfortable dealing the entire time.
I would definitely recommend to stay away from this place.
