We visited this Bakers Square location on 8/24/13 at about 1pm. After ordering 3 meals, and I ordered my side salad all seemed to be going fine. About 30 minutes after ordering I asked about my salad and was told the kitchen was backed up. The problem with this answer is that the restaurant itself was not busy at all! After about 10 minutes I finally received my small side salad, which was tiny compared to the side salads at the west allis location! Before I was finished eating our food arrived at the table, I personally ordered the pot roast, which I think is delicious. As I started eating I realized the pot roast was ice cold! The potato pancakes were nice and hot, apparently they had the pot roast sitting somewhere waiting for the sides to finish! The waitress offered to have it remade, but I wasn't going to wait a ridiculous amount of time like I already have, so ended up taking my food home to rewarm. I will never step foot into this place again, and will be sure I tell everyone about this experience! Our waitress was ok, my meal was to come with a piece of pie, when I asked for carrot cake she told me it was not included. You'd think for waiting all that time, and getting cold food, they could at least sub the carrot cake for the piece of pie! Ridiculous!
