Kate was nice to work with but unfortunately I was very disappointed with the bikini and leg wax I received. When I got home I noticed that I still had a ton of hair that wasn't removed. I still had lots of "prickles" along my bikini line and on the leg area. She never went it with tweezers to "clean up" the excess hair that was missed during the waxing session which left me with a very sloppy wax job.
