Provided by YP.comi called big lot's around 7pm asking about a product's availability. the employee not only told the status of the item i was looking for, he told me about other things that were similar and the prices for all. very good customer service - i was so shocked it made me write this review. my excitement probably says as much about the lack of customer service.
