I called Brownell about a concern with my vehicle making noices and I was told to bring it in. I had no appointment but I was seen promptly and one of the mechanics test drove my car with me. Without even taking my car into the shop, he figured out where the noise was coming from and fixed it free of charge. I definitely recommend this company!

WILL NOT GO BACK! Had to return 3 times for one repair! Had to make MANY trips using my own personal time and gasoline to drop off my car for a repair that should have been done right the first time! The owner tried to give me a loaner car that was filthy inside. He was upset when I asked him to clean dried soda off of the cupholder in the front! I was also scolded for asking the company to reimburse me for the gas I used to drive back and forth multiple times! I did not ask for compensation for my time and trouble. Avoid this business!

This place was great, close to work and got my car done really fast. They even gave me a free car to use while they fixed mine. Everyone was nice and explained step by step how they were going to fix my car. Nice people there too. I hope I never see them again, but will tell any friend who has an accident to go here.

Would not suggest this company to anyone. Poor quality and unprofessional. I had front bumper damage on my vehicle. It needed a whole new bumper. Upon picking up my vehicle i noticed the new bumper was off center and miss aligned with the hood and panels. Also, the front grill was flush on one side and recessed in about an inch on other side. Both issues were very visible. Also noticed a dent in hood that was never there before. They would not work with me AT ALL. Owner said "well we can say you put a dent in loaner car". Worst company i've ever delt with.
