Br is an exciting new business venture in Milwaukee. As Wisconsins first self brewery, Br will serve a wide number of consumers. From the novice first-timer to the experienced home brewer, Br will be able to accommodate any skill level. By having everything a brewer would need to use from the grains to the beautiful 25 gallon kettles to brew in. Whatever the skill level, the creativity can flow and new recipes can be created at Br. After brewing, Br will carefully supervise the fermentation process under climate controlled conditions for the duration. Brewers will return when fermentation is complete and fill their own 22 oz. bottles and create a specialty label for their beer. When complete a batch will make about 72 bottles of 22 oz. bottles of beer. Perfect for sharing at weddings, reunions, parties or just a nice cold beer with friends. The atmosphere at Br is one of community and fun among people that are passionate about beer and the enjoyment of it.
