The first time I ordered from Kabana, I got there to pick up my food only to find out that they had no record of my order. I had to wait for over a half hour to get my food. To make up for their mistake, they offered me an extra order of vegetable samosas for free. When I got home, they weren't in there! The second and last time I ordered from them, I ordered two orders of qeema samosas. Multiple menus online state that there are three in each order. When I got home, I realized I only had four, not six. I called and was told that the menu was wrong and she was sorry, but she made no offers of making up for it.
