Have been shopping at Chattel Changers over 20 years. Have bought nice linen with lace tablecloths, gold,silver, and turquoise jewelry, coffee tables, vases, mirrors, footstools,small oriental rugs and plates. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. No, don't call them and ask if they have a particular item---you have to show up and search. Always a fun "treasure hunt" and stuff is marked down every 3 or 4 weeks, and the dates and prices are clearly marked on the ticket so you don't have to do the math!

There are one or two people there who make the shopping experience very good, but the person in charge of setting prices is what is ultimately going to make that business fail miserably. She is the worst person to work with - she's sour, angry, and makes the customers feel like garbage.



It is very sad for me to say, but I will never shop there again because of that individual. Her horrible treatment of customers has finally taken its' toll. I won't go back.
