Provided by YPmobileMy wife and I like the food but struggle to get anything in a timely manner. Waitstaff spends more time screwing around in back than serving guests. Ordered appetizers that we never received and then had to ask to have it removed from the bill. Couldn't get a drink refill. There were about 12 customers total in the restaurant. After numerous experiences exactly like this my wife and I will be skipping chilis as a dinner destination. Awful service. One star because it doesn't give an option to go lower
