I was very impressed with Computer Repair Specialists. I had talked to a few other places (those that would answer the phone on a Sat.) and l was treated as if I needed them more than they needed me. The gentleman at CRS was very nice and was understanding that as a small business owner I was lost without my laptop. He said he would do his best to repair it by Monday and he did. He not only fixed it but cleaned it up and it works better than ever. Price was lower than anyone else I talked to. Will definitely go back for future repairs and service.
