If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. This is HANDS DOWN the worst pharmacy in Milwaukee. They have total derelicts for technicians. And I use the term "technician" VERY loosely. They automatically size u up no matter what kind of prescriptions u bring in to get filled. Management is just as bad for hiring these incompetent morons. Like the previous reviewer said before ... They treat u incredibly unethically and I wouldn't doubt it if 75% of the staff could even give you the definition of the word "Ethics". The only CVS in Milwaukee that actually seems decent is the Farwell and Brady St location. They are not only 24 hours, but they fill your prescriptions faster than any other pharmacy I've EVER been to. 10 mins and I'm out of there.

I began a regular not that long ago and have many health issues, not only do my prescriptions get filled wrong but I get attitudes from the technicians and some of the Pharmacists alike. They have no compassion and don't even take the time to get to know someone. When were the days of a Pharmacist who knew his/her patients destroyed? We each have a story and this staff couldn't care less, they just move you along. If you ask them to do simple tasks, half the time they don't do it right or they sit on it for weeks until you call them to tell them it should be done, then magically they are working on it. I left Walgreens because of this Corporatesque nightmare pharmacies have become hoping CVS would be somewhat better. They need to take some training in compassion as well as ethical treatment of customers and not judging people. Don't assume you know someone because of the prescriptions a doctor gives them, talk to them. 9 times out of 10 snap judgments are wrong. I will Never EVER go back here, all of my and my children's prescriptions are getting transferred to a non-Corporate pharmacy.
