They were supposed to do walkthrough in the house a couple months ago when i moved in and never has. The house is not worth 1100 a month after living in it a while. The windows have issues. Issues with outlets and plumbing. I have fixed items on my own. I dont usually complain but for the money everything should work and be safe then i can add my own personal touches.the guy who fixes things called me once and i called him back and left medsage and no reply. Nicole said if there are any issues fill repair form online,but its so many things why cant they just come check. One form for each repair is crazy. All they want is their money.

I have to give this company a zero rating (it hurt to have to give them even 1 star), My fiance and I went to look at a 3 bdrm property they had available on the southside of Milwaukee above a hair salon. We fell in love and immediately wanted to start the application process. My fiance emailed Devoe Realty through craigslist,We got linked up with Nicolet, we paid the $35 application fee and on the website it states that your application will be processed immediately during business hours which those hours are not posted on the website and the telephone number they have posted no one ever answers it....its been almost a month and we can never catch up with Nicolet she is always out of town and never answers her phone via text or calls only when it seems convenient to her which are always after business hours(9pm or later which is a red flag it's self)she will contact you from a totally different number from the one posted on their website and if you try to contact her right back she doesn't answer at all. We have yet to meet face to face with anyone from this company which is making me believe it is a scam and now we want our money back!!!!!! If this place is legitimate I still wouldn't rent from them and I would never refer anyone else to because if something was needing repair in the home we would never be able to contact anyone about the issue, you would just be S.O.L because they never answer calls or texts!!!!!
