Don't ever buy from them. They fail at sending updated email messages of order status. When you contact their customer support, representatives have no information at all. Insisting to talk to a Supervisor will get you berated and hung up on. They do not honor their online shipping policy at all and would rather cancel your order than explain why they tack on additional shipping charges after sending out order confirmations with order totals. They also do business as National School Furniture, Inc.
