I have rented from many car rental businesses over the last 3 year and monlhly over the last 1 year. I have found the cars given to me to be very small and dirty from practically all the major rental businesses even when renting a "mid size car", EXCEPT for Enterprise Rental. I noticed that whenever I rented from Enterprise, the cars were bigger, lower mileage, cleaner and cars I was glad to drive and have others see e in these cars. Since I noticed this difference, I decided to join Enterprise as a club member and will rent only from Enterprise from now on. I am quite pleased with their service, their agents taking care of my reservation and giving me a quality car each time. I have not been disappointed at all since I have started renting from Enterprise and glad I now have a membership This will be my car rental company no matter where I go in the US.

I wish all of you would get over the current survey mania that everyone is going thru these days. It's time to tell your MBA advisers to bugger off when it comes to surveys. Just do a good job, people will get the message. I generally boycott companies that always request surveys for their services or products.

Where do I begin on my experience. Well I will never rent from the airport location let alone Enterprise again. Talk about getting taken advantage of. Enterprise needs to be more clear with the rental agreement with their customers and how they take money from you then put it back into your account and say it is a hold but they don not give a flying rats ass if you get over drafted in your account and be charged for nsf due to the irresponsibility of their associates not 100% clear on the fees and what will be taken out of your account. I advise to anyone reading the the rating for the airport location do not sign anything until you read everything on the contract yourself and understand what you are getting yourself into when renting from this company. READ everything in the BLACK BOX cuz that's where they screw you. Dont get taken like me, go to a different rental company. I didnt even want to give them a star. I wouldn't even give them a quarter of a star. But that's not an option.

Rent your car here with confidence. I've passed through this location dozens of times without a hitch and the professionalism at this outlet is why I continue to use Enterprise. This organization is top shelf.
