My experience with enterprise was very good I like the fact that I was dropped off and picked. Customer service was beyond the expected . The person who picked me up and dropped me off was very friendly. The fact that I dont live too far from the company made it easy for them to find me. We upgraded the vehicle and they were not able to wash the vehicle because the lines were frozen. We were given a discount because we had to take a dirty vehicle. I have nothing but nice things to say about the staff at the downtown enterprise.

Contacted Enterprise located on Wisconsin Ave and was told by the agent she was busy helping other clients and would call me right back. When I did not receive a return call, I called back to discover the offices were closed.



The reason for the rental request was in response to the need of the dealership to keep my vehicle overnight (unexpected). Very disappointed in Enterprise for the lack of appropriate customer service follow through leaving me stranded in downtown Milwaukee without a means of transportation from my office.

Easy pick up in downtown Milwaukee. Staff is courteous, and has full knowledge of vehicle you are renting....We only rent from them....
